Club meeting January 29, 2008 at 7:30pm Location: club house behind the campsite office. First club meeting will also include voting on new officers.
Proposed IBO / State Shoot Date
The Tidewater Bowhunters and Archers Association utilizes the Newport News Park,
Newport News, Virginia for all of our club shoots.
A normal course will consist of 30, full size 3D targets (either McKenzie or Reinhart targets),
and will range from the little frog, to the full size elk.
We invite you to just watch, or grab your gear and join in! If you have any questions, please contact one of our Club Officers.
NOTE – The “Deer Slayer” shoot is the last shoot of the year (usually 20 targets).
Since every target will be set up in hunting situation and at hunting distances, we ask that you utilize your hunting set-up in preparation for the upcoming hunting season.
Also, door prizes are given away, but in order to be eligible - you must be a paid shooter/participant, and you must be present to win these nifty prizes!!
